Shabana Mahmood MP will be holding a special drop in for Windrush generation immigrants this Friday 13th July between 3pm and 5pm.
The purpose of the drop in - which will be held in conjunction with immigration specialists the Refugee Migrant Centre - is to enable people to come and seek support in a friendly environment if they have concerns about their immigration status.
Shabana Mahmood MP said: "The current situation for many Windrush generation migrants is simply disgraceful. The Conservative Government's 'hostile environment' has put many immigrants from the Caribbean who have lived and worked here for decades in an awful predicament. There's still a big job of work to be done to sort this mess out. This drop-in is to help those who need some support."
