Shabana has signed a joint letter regarding Israeli proposals to annex areas of occupied Palestinian territory.

It is clear that any annexation of the West Bank would be a serious breach of international law.

The letter, written by Crispin Blunt MP and signed by 127 British politicians, supports the international rules-based system and calls for the UK to oppose military aggression.

It calls upon the British Government to impose sanctions upon Israel in the event of annexation of Palestinian territory.
