Shabana has submitted several new Written Parliamentary Questions on the cladding scandal.

The questions come after the Government announced homeowners will get 15 years to legally challenge shoddy building work in light of the cladding crisis.

Robert Jenrick, the Housing Secretary, made the announcement in an effort to address his Department’s failure on the cladding scandal. However, the detail of the announcement was met with concern by many constituents trapped in buildings clad in combustible materials, or with fire safety defects.
