The Warm Home Discount scheme is to help those most at risk of fuel poverty. 

This is a one-off discount applied to your electricity bill between early October 2023 and 31 March 2024.  If you are eligible, a letter will be sent to you directly by early January 2024.

If you do not get a letter but think that you could be eligible, please contact the the Warm Home Discount helpline (Telephone: 0800 107 8002 Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm). This is open until 29th March 2024.  The last date to make a claim is 29th February 2024.

Information provided by the Valuation Office (VOA) is used by the government to estimate heating costs. If you think that the VOA data for your particular property is incorrect, it might be worth getting an  Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).
