Shabana has appeared on the latest episode of Political Thinking with Nick Robinson on the BBC.

In a wide-ranging interview, Shabana reflected on growing up in Birmingham, her early activism and political experiences, and the war in Gaza.

Commenting on the war in Gaza, Shabana said:

“It’s impossible to watch the scenes coming of Gaza and not want this nightmare to stop. A ceasefire – in any form – will stop the killing and allow aid to reach Palestinians.”
